London lockouts are usually a car park, a station, or a street where you cannot leave the car. Westminster, Camden, Croydon, Stratford, Wembley, Kingston, Bromley and Canary Wharf all need the entrance, not a nearby landmark. “Near Waterloo” is not enough if the car is on level 4 of a car park with a height barrier. Say if the car is on a red route or a private estate.
