A visit is booked only when we have agreed it with you. Pages on this website describe the work and where we are willing to be asked to attend. They are not a promise that we are already on the way.

We confirm you have the right to the vehicle before we open it. If you cannot show that, we will not do the work. Hire, lease and fleet vehicles need the owner’s authority.

The price is given for the job we have been told about, before we set off. If the job is different when we arrive, we will reprice it before we continue. We do not publish fixed prices on this site.

English law applies. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
